Описание
The property comprises of 60 tents accommodation facilities of 3 distinct room designs on raised floor levels and reinforced concrete framework. The Camp is set on a gradual gradient site towards the valleys of Ngama Hills and is on approximately 91.3 acres. The boundaries are largely defined by electric fencing on gum poles.
The property is accessed via a double metal grilled gate set on reinforced concrete piers with a canopy over the security check area. The gate opens onto a gentle sloping forested compound comprising of the tented camp that is spread out amongst thick vegetation and tranquil surrounding of Acacia trees amongst other shrubs. The camp comprises of gate house, reception building, and swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and its associated ancillary blocks; bulk store building and a workshop. In addition, the property includes drivers’ and staff quarters, laundry yard, backup generator and water pump houses.
